A collaboration to build reinforcement-learning infrastructure and tooling was announced between a technology company and a London-based AI lab.

NVIDIA is teaming with Ineffable Intelligence in an engineering-level collaboration to develop infrastructure for reinforcement learning, the companies said in an announcement.

Reinforcement learning refers to artificial intelligence that learns through trial and error; in the announcement the companies wrote, "Reinforcement-learning agents, AI systems that learn by trial and error, can convert computation into new knowledge."
