The company said in a statement the tool is accessed by clicking the three dots on an image, choosing “remove result,” then selecting “It shows a sexual image of me.”

Users can select and submit multiple images at once through a single form, and may opt in to safeguards that proactively filter similar explicit results, the company added. The company said the change aims to reduce the burden on victims of non-consensual explicit imagery.
Immediately after submitting a request, users will see links to expert organisations that provide emotional and legal support and can track requests in the "Results about you" hub, the company said. The company said the experience is rolling out over the coming days in most countries and will expand to more regions soon.
