The investment will be used to expand data center capacity for artificial intelligence infrastructure.

Firmus Technologies raised $505 million in an investment round led by Coatue Management, the Australian data centre builder said in an announcement.

The company said the financing is part of a global push to fund artificial intelligence infrastructure. Nvidia Corp. also participated in the round, the announcement said.
