Google has launched Gemini Enterprise, an AI-powered platform designed to integrate Google’s AI capabilities into workplace workflows. CEO Sundar Pichai announced the initiative during the Gemini at Work event on October 9, 2025.

Gemini Enterprise allows employees to access company data, tools, and applications. Pichai stated, “We think of it as the new front door for AI in the workplace.” Early adopters, including HCA Healthcare and Best Buy, report positive outcomes from using the platform.

HCA Healthcare is piloting a Gemini-powered Nurse Handoff solution to improve patient information transfer during shift changes, potentially saving millions of hours annually. Best Buy has seen a 200% increase in customers rescheduling deliveries independently and a 30% improvement in resolving customer inquiries.
